Description
The Book of Green Tea
Storey Publishing, January 1999
“A lot of good information about different teas and their sources. I learned a lot about how teas were processed and various histories about tea. However, all of the descriptions about the drink itself seemed to run together with few exceptions. There was an overuse of unhelpful descriptive words (such as “lovely” or “yellow-green liquor”) that didn’t make any tea really stand out. I also wasn’t really that interested in the beauty or cooking sessions, but there is a lot of information there for those that are.” Mike Ford
“A fairly comprehensive book on the subject of Green Tea. It covers a wide range of topics along with monotone (green, of course) photographs throughout.” Serge Pierro
